Community
South Island Property Management is rooted in Victoria’s history, but we are committed to the future of greater Victoria and the Western Communities as well. One way we will show our support for community is by sponsoring local children’s sports teams and youth arts programs.
Our staff members have a variety of interests and causes that are important to them, and we like to spread good work around by fundraising and supporting charities. We are just getting started!
Current Fundraisers & Sponsorship
Every year, teams from across Canada take part in a very special ride: the one and only Heart & Stroke Big Bike. This year, We are proud to be a part of it!
For decades, women have been under-researched, under-diagnosed, under-treated, and dying unnecessarily — and it’s time to change this reality. Heart disease and stroke are the #1 cause of premature death for Canadian women.
This has got to end, and it’s why we will be climbing aboard a 29-seat bicycle in support of #TimeToSeeRed, a push to create a better future for women’s heart and brain health.
By supporting our Team, we’ll be helping to close the research gap and protect the women in our lives.

Many other conditions are also considered and treated.
