Robert Pearson - Accounting Branch - Church Avenue
President & Managing Broker
Robert has worked in the property management field since 1984. Prior to property management, Robert did two tours as a peace keeper in Egypt and the Golan Heights followed by two years in real estate sales. Robert was the office manager for Nanaimo Realty Property Management before moving to Victoria to start the property management department for Boorman’s. After the Boorman Brothers retired Robert bought the department and changed the name. Robert is licensed as the Managing Broker for Rentals and Strata management.
Robert enjoys travelling with family, camping and rebuilding small RV trailers.
Jen Pearson - Remote
Property Manager & Associate Broker
Jen has worked in the property management field since 2016. Prior to property management Jen received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Camosun in 2012. Jen received her Rental license under the Real Estate Services Act, September 2016 and followed it up with her Strata license January 2017. Jen then completed the schooling to be a managing broker and was certified September 2018.
Jen enjoys traveling, playing volleyball and spending her weekends relaxing and hiking.
Jennifer Adams - Head Office - Sooke Road
Jennifer has worked with strata’s since 2006. Jennifer received her license under the Real Estate Services Act as a Strata Manager in 2015. Jennifer has had a very diverse portfolio over the years involving the management of new development with developers, commercial complexes, mixed use buildings, residential care homes, townhouses, condos and types complexes.
Jennifer is an active volunteer in both Sooke and the western communities with kids activities. Jennifer is also the company representative in both the Westshore Chamber and the Westshore Kwanis.
In her spare time you will find Jennifer glamping with friends and family or hosting gatherings at her home like sunday football, with her large extended family, nices, nephews and god children.
Robin Wilson - Head Office - Sooke Road
Robin has been a licensed strata manager since 2015, with a diverse portfolio of strata complexes from Residential to Commercial, Sections, Types, Air Space Parcels and Time shares. Prior to being a strata manager Robin spent 3 years as a building manager for an amenities building in a complex consisting over 1,100 units. In his 20’s Robin spent 7 years abroad in Europe and South America teaching English.
His hobbies include traveling, camping, playing sports, and spending time with his wife and two young kids.
Quentin Pollock - Accounting Branch - Church Avenue
Quentin will be retiring on June 30, 2021.
Quentin has worked in the property management field since 2005, first managing rental properties and became a licensed Strata Property Manager in 2014. Quentin has a law degree from Queens University in Kingston Ontario and a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
Quentin has one adult child and two teenagers who provide him with countless hours of entertainment as they are competitive hockey players. When he can, Quentin trains for and competes in triathlons.
Jessica Barnes - Remote
Jessica has worked in the property management field since 2015. She has strong organizational skills and strong administrative background. She became interested in property management prior to working at SIPM and started the Strata Management course. She received her Strata license under the Real Estate Services Act, February 2017. She currently works remotely and part time for the company helping to assist a few buildings.
Jessica loves spending time with her family, traveling, hiking with her dogs, and playing pickle ball.
Meg De Wolfe - Head Office - Sooke Road
Jr. Strata Manager
Meg started with South Island as the receptionist in 2018. Meg has an honors diploma in Office Administration Executive. She started transitioning from reception to a strata manager in early 2019. Meg received her Strata Managers license in September 2020.
Right now Meg is spending her free time face timing with her family back east. Meg looks forward to returniung to free time with friends, puppies and dogs and travel to see her family.

Cheryl has worked with South Island since 2017. Cheryl comes from a real estate background. In her free time she enjoys travelling.

Claudia has worked with South Island since 2019. Claudia comes from a hospitality background. In her free time she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
Sandra Crews - Head Office - Sooke Road
Sandra has worked with South Island since 2019. Sandra comes from a customer service background. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering.

Janét Hill - Remote
Janét has worked in the property management field since 2011. Janét comes to us with a background in hospitality and maintenance. Janét received her Rental license under the Real Estate Services Act, June 2015.
Janét spends most of her time volunteering and running a library program with the elderly and dementia patients. Janét can also be found fishing on her boat or riding her motorcycle.
Janét has recently moved to the mainland but continues to assist the rental department remotly.
Tania Mcfadden - Accounting Branch - Church Avenue
Reception / Rental Assistant
Tania has worked with South Island since 2020. Tania has been in the Hospitality Industry for 20+ years, but also was a Real Estate Agent for 6 years from 2010 to 2016.
When not in the office Tania enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with friends and Jazzercising. She went to Ireland 3 times in a year and a half because she loves it there. If Tania could be anywhere other then here she would be in a Pub in Ireland or Scotland listening to live music, or just wandering the streets looking at the beautiful old buildings.
Carolinda Luanzon - Accounting Branch - Church Avenue
Carolinda is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified General Accountant in Canada since 2001. Prior to immigration to Canada, Carolinda was already a Certified Public Accountant and has accounting and auditing experiences in commercial banks, auditing firm, government and various industries. She has accounting experiences in big real estate and commercial properties in Ontario & Victoria, B.C., Canada since 2005. Carolinda handles the accounting and internal & external accounting reports for strata properties.
Carolinda enjoys travelling, camping and cooking with her family in her spare time.
Kara Vogler - Accounting Branch - Church Avenue
Kara started with Boormans in 1994 as a strata assistant. As a change of pace she moved to the accounting department in 2019.
Kara enjoys agility trials with her dogs and family camping.
